Annual Meeting Notice - Update
To All Lake Minterwood Beach Club Members: June 5, 2020
The Lake Minterwood Beach Club Board of Trustees would like to share the steps we have taken to assure our Bylaws are being upheld as best as possible during these trying times. We were unable to have our annual meeting in April when we vote to accept a new budget and to elect three new or continuing trustees. It may be well into Phase 3 or even 4 before we are able to have a meeting with 50 or more people in attendance. If we cannot hold our Annual meeting prior to the new fiscal year beginning (August 1), the current trustees have agreed to the following issues:
Budget for the 2020-2021 year: The Board will use the last budget approved by the membership which is the 2019-2020 budget. (Our proposed budget for the coming fiscal year has no expected dues increase!)
April 2020 expiring term board members will continue on the board for another year or until we are able to recruit new members to be voted on by the membership.
Please contact any board member if you have any questions or concerns.
Meanwhile, stay safe.
