I see nothing about fixing the leaks in the Lake. It's been over 20 yrs and nothing accomplished, So it takes six figures to hire professionals to fix it!! It would be well worth it and insure the property value doesn't' drop in here. The alternative is to turn it over to the county. The lawyer says this is possible according to the covenants. Action needs to be done now, not six months from now. So hire the work to be done by people who it is their business to fix leaks and build lakes. One firm in in
Tacoma. The time is running out.
